Civic Association of Surrey Park
Surrey Park is an unincorporated, deed-restricted community of 221 homes located in the Brandywine Hundred area of northern New Castle County, Delaware.
Dues
Your annual Civic Association dues ensure that our roads are plowed in the winter, the gazebos and landscaping are maintained in a safe and attractive manner, the association has appropriate insurance coverage, and our community is connected, vibrant, and well maintained.
